Why Choose Delaney Park ?
We specialize in F1b Labradoodles and F1b/F2 Bernedoodles.
Research has enlightened us about the importance of Genetic Testing —
Eliminating certain dogs as candidates for breeding based upon their genetic tests is mandatory — especially if they carry the DNA for a life threatening condition.
By breeding F1 parents who have the absolute best test results, we strive to not “pass down” the component for tragic illnesses in pups. Having puppies only one generation from the original breed, we can keep those heartbreaking health issues from sneaking back in genetically, several generations down.

Puppy Selection Process
After puppies are born we put an individual color collar on each. Using these we can track weights each day, and our Vet can keep accurate records. We will notify parents who have made deposits with a phone call and by email.
We will send out some litter stats, some great group litter pictures and a shopping list so that you can get ready for your new baby.
Keep in mind, they look like small manatees at this point, but will we know colors and sexes. We will send weekly pictures and updates, so you can keep tabs on the litter and develop your favorites. We also post photos/videos on Facebook and Instagram, as we have puppy cams in our whelping and puppy areas.

Bernedoodle Line
Our Bernedoodle Moms and Dads are all F1 and F1b, first generation Doodle from a Bernese Mountain Dog mated with a Standard Poodle. Again, with genetic testing, we can strive to produce puppies without the genetics for diseases that end the lives of dogs, far too young. So we decided to start with 1st generation parents and more in-depth health and genetic testing on them. Each of our breeding dogs have unrelated parents. An added bonus—Having always wanted a Bernese, but living in such a warm climate, it wasn’t fair to the dog. The doodle version allowed us to welcome them, and with the doodle lighter coat, they thrive in our warm weather!
Doodle Health & Care
Home with your new puppy:
Do your best to have a couple of days off after you bring your new puppy home. Try to keep things relatively calm, maybe wait on visitors for a couple of days. Make sure you take puppy out frequently (hourly works!).
Rule of thumb, puppies’ bladders need to be emptied 2 hours for every month old, so your 2 month old puppy will need to go out every 4 hours. I love the bell method—hang a small bell on the door you take you pup out of, and ring it each time you go out. Soon, your puppy will associate the bell with going potty, and will ring the bell themselves to let you know they need to go.
Our puppies are also raised with the added incredible benefit of Bio-Sensory training.
What is this?
Though we do major genetic analysis prior to breeding, we also employ the bio-sensory method of stimulation in newborns. The Biosensory Program will produce neurological stimulations, none of which occur naturally during the early life of the puppy. Research has shown that there are specific timeframes in a puppy’s development when neurological stimulation has optimal results — improved cardio vascular and stronger heart beats, improvement of adrenal glands, improved cognitive abilities, better tolerance of stress, and better resistance to disease.

Doodle Health & Care
Many families find it very helpful for their new babies to have some additional training to make an easier transition for puppy and new family! For that, we have partnered with Orlando-based Diversity K9—experts in training. Puppies cannot go to their facility until they have their second set of shots (11 weeks), but that will give you 3-4 valuable weeks to work on potty training and to bond with your new pup–you don’t want them imprinting on someone else!!
